Kecewa permohonan eMadani ditolak? Apa yang patut anda lakukan

Rakyat Malaysia yang Layak boleh memohon untuk menebus kredit eMadani eWallet RM100 mereka sejak semalam (4 Disember 2023) dan kebanyakan individu telah menerima kredit mereka jika mereka memenuhi keperluan inisiatif tersebut.

Walau bagaimanapun, sebahagian permohonan ditolak walaupun memenuhi kriteria.

Berikut ialah perkara yang boleh anda lakukan untuk membuat rayuan jika anda layak menerima kredit eWallet RM100.

Sebagai imbasan, kredit eMadani RM100 eWallet ditawarkan kepada individu yang memenuhi kriteria berikut:

1) Warganegara Malaysia berumur 21 tahun ke atas pada 2023

2) Merupakan penerima Sumbangan Tunai Ramah (setakat 7 November 2023) atau berpendapatan RM100,000 atau kurang setahun berdasarkan rekod LHDN (setakat 15 Julai 2023). Syarat ini perlu diperjelaskan. Walaupun tidak tersenarai penerima STR tetapi pendapatan RM 5,000.00 sebulan sepatutnya layak namun ditolak.

3) Belum menerima kredit eWallet RM200 di bawah eBeliaRahmah

4) Telah menyelesaikan proses pengesahan elektronik Kenali-Pelanggan-Anda (e-KYC) dengan eWallet pilihan (Setel, Shopee Pay, TNG eWallet atau MAE)

Bagaimana untuk memfailkan pertikaian jika anda memenuhi kriteria eMadani?

Permohonan boleh ditolak jika butiran berdaftar seperti nama dan kad pengenalan anda tersilap dimasukkan atau jika anda tidak memenuhi syarat warganegara, umur dan pendapatan.

Alasan tidak spesifik semasa penolakan mendukacitakan ramai pemohon.

Ada yang mendakwa telah ditolak kerana tiada rekod pemfailan cukai LHDN ditemui untuk tahun 2022.

Sekiranya anda tidak tahu, setiap warganegara Malaysia yang layak hanya boleh menebus kredit eWallet RM100 sekali daripada salah satu daripada empat eWallet yang mengambil bahagian.

Sebarang penebusan berulang akan ditolak jika anda telah menerima kredit eWallet RM100.

Jika permohonan eMadani anda ditolak oleh eWallet walaupun memenuhi semua keperluan, anda boleh memfailkan pertikaian dengan langkah di bawah:

1) Laporkan pertikaian eMadani di Setel

Jika anda menggunakan Setel untuk menuntut kredit eWallet RM100 anda dan permohonan ditolak, anda digesa untuk menyerahkan pertikaian kepada hello@setel.com.

Menurut Setel, jika permohonan gagal kerana pengenalan yang tidak sah, anda mungkin perlu menghantar maklumat tambahan untuk pengesahan semasa proses pertikaian.

2) Laporkan pertikaian eMadani di Shopee

Menurut Shopee, jika anda pasti anda memenuhi kriteria di atas, anda boleh menghubungi khidmat pelanggan mereka untuk membangkitkan pertikaian. Hanya pilih eMadani Menuntut sebagai jenis pengguna anda, pilih “eMadani Tidak dapat menuntut” dan isikan butiran peribadi anda. Anda boleh melampirkan tangkapan skrin sebagai imej sokongan.

3) Laporkan pertikaian eMadani pada TNG eWallet

Jika anda menuntut kredit eWallet RM100 melalui Touch ‘n Go eWallet, anda boleh memfailkan pertikaian jika permohonan anda ditolak. Anda boleh berbuat demikian dengan menyerahkan permintaan, kemudian pilih “eMADANI” dan “Tuntutan Ditolak” sebagai jenis sokongan yang anda cari. Anda juga boleh memberikan butiran lanjut tentang penolakan permohonan eMadani anda dan melampirkan tangkapan skrin sebagai dokumen sokongan.

4) Laporkan pertikaian eMadani mengenai MAE

Di Maybank, Soalan Lazim eMadaninya pada dasarnya adalah salinan dokumen MOF. Dinyatakan bahawa terdapat proses pertikaian di mana anda boleh menghubungi penyedia perkhidmatan eWallet masing-masing yang telah anda serahkan tuntutan anda untuk bantuan selanjutnya.
