27/6/2024, Kisah Seorang budak lelaki warga China berusia 12 tahun yang ditinggalkan oleh bapa kandung di Wilayah Kien Giang Delta Mekong sungguh menyedihkan. Dia hidup gelandangan selama beberapa tahun sebelum menerima bantuan daripada pihak berkuasa Vietnam untuk membolehkan dia pulang pangkuan ibunya di Wilayah Zhejiang China.

Zheng Huanyi, 15, mengembara ke Vietnam bersama bapanya lima tahun lalu sebagai pelancong. Di Ho Chi Minh City, bapanya telah berkenalan dengan seorang wanita di Kien Giang, dan membawa Zheng pulang ke kampung halaman wanita itu.

Tiga tahun kemudian, Bapa Zheng menghilangkan diri dan meninggalkan Zheng tanpa sebarang berita. Sejak itu Zheng ketika itu berusia 12 tahun merayau-rayau mencari bapanya.

Dia tinggal di pagoda di Komune Ngoc Chuc, Daerah Giong Rieng. Memandangkan Zheng boleh berbahasa Vietnam dan Khmer, orang di pagoda tidak menyedari bahawa dia adalah orang Cina.

Pada bulan April 2024, Jawatankuasa Rakyat Ngoc Chuc mengetahui masalah Zheng menetap di pagoda, jadi mereka menggalakkannya untuk memberikan maklumatnya kepada pihak berkuasa, dan Zheng memberitahu mereka kisah sebenarnya.

Ly Thanh Luan, pengerusi Jawatankuasa Rakyat Ngoc Chuc, berkata pihak berkuasa Vietnam telah bekerjasama untuk membantu Zheng pulang. Terdapat banyak prosedur, dan pengesahan daripada Kedutaan China juga diperlukan.

Ha Tuan Minh, pengarah pelancongan syarikat di Kien Giang, yang mempunyai pengalaman bertahun-tahun mengurus pelancong China, telah dihubungi pihak berkuasa untuk membantu mencari petunjuk mengenai rumah Zheng.

Melalui hubungannya, Minh dapat mengesan nenek Zheng yang tinggal di Wilayah Zhejiang China. Minh dan polis Vietnam membincangkan perkara itu dengan Kedutaan China untuk mengesahkan identiti Zheng, sebelum membantunya pulang ke pangkuan keluarganya.”

Selepas mendengar berita Zheng yang akan pulang ke pangkuan keluarga , orang ramai d Vietnam telah membelikannya teddy bear, susu dan hadiah untuk dibawa bersamanya.

Isteri saya juga memberinya ¥200 ($28) supaya dia boleh membeli makanan sebaik sahaja dia tiba di lapangan terbang,” kata Minh.

Kedutaan China menghantar dokumen kepada polis Kien Giang untuk membolehkan Zheng pulang ke tanahairnya. Ibunya, Ten Wei, telah membenarkan Minh melakukan prosedur yang diperlukan untuk membawa pulang anaknya.

Kini Zheng berusia 15 tahun mendarat di Shanghai, bertemu dengan saudara-maranya dan pulang ke pangkuan ibunya di Zhejiang yang terletak kira-kira 200 km .
