Keuntungan: Highway vs Bandar

Menurut Azmi, keuntungan bisnes stesen minyak bergantung pada lokasi. Stesen di lebuh raya atau kawasan rehat (R&R) boleh mencatat keuntungan besar, dengan purata RM20,000 bersih sebulan. Namun, stesen di bandar sering hanya untung RM5,000 sebulan, kadang-kadang sukar dicapai.

Beliau menekankan bahawa SOP stesen minyak sangat ketat, dengan keselamatan sebagai keutamaan kerana bahan mudah terbakar.

Stesen minyak di lebuh raya boleh untung RM20,000 sebulan, tetapi di bandar hanya RM5,000. SOP ketat menekankan keselamatan.

Modal Permulaan dan Cabaran Operasi

Memulakan bisnes stesen minyak memerlukan modal tunai RM400,000. Azmi berkongsi pengalamannya membuka stesen pertama pada 10 Mei 2010. Tugas harian termasuk menyusun stok, mengurus akaun, menjaga keselamatan, dan memastikan kebersihan tandas.

Selepas enam bulan, keuntungan bersih hanya RM3,000 sebulan selepas menampung kos overhed. Ini menunjukkan cabaran besar untuk pengedar baru.

Modal stesen minyak RM400,000 tunai. Selepas 6 bulan, keuntungan bersih hanya RM3,000 sebulan kerana kos operasi tinggi.

Komisyen Minyak dan Pendapatan Kedai

Stesen Azmi mencatat jualan 1.2 juta liter minyak sebulan (400,000 liter sehari). Komisyen kerajaan ialah:

Diesel: 0.7 sen/liter
Minyak kuning: 14 sen/liter
Minyak hijau: 16 sen/liter

Purata komisyen ialah 10 sen/liter, menjanjikan keuntungan kasar RM120,000 sebulan. Namun, realitinya hanya RM6,000 sebulan kerana cukai dan kos operasi. Untuk menampung pendapatan, dealer bergantung pada jualan kedai (contoh: Nescafe tin dijual pada RM3.80 berbanding RM2.50 di pasar raya). Stesen bandar sukar bersaing dengan kedai mamak atau pasar mini.
