Kronologi Kejadian

Pada 30 Jun 2025, dua beranak — seorang ibu berusia 40 tahun dan anak perempuannya berusia 2 tahun — ditemui dalam keadaan menyayat hati, telah reput di rumah mereka di tingkat sembilan sebuah pangsapuri di Jalan Bukit Gambir. Rumah itu berkunci dari dalam, tanpa bekalan elektrik, dan bau busuk yang akhirnya disedari jiran mendorong kepada penemuan tragis ini.

  • Mayat reput dijumpai selepas 2 minggu.
  • Tiada unsur jenayah. Diklasifikasi sebagai mati mengejut.
  • Ubat kemurungan ditemui di lokasi.
  • Suami sedang menjalani hukuman penjara.

Realiti Menyedihkan

Cadangan Solusi Sistematik

Kita tidak boleh terus bergantung kepada keprihatinan rawak jiran. Sudah sampai masanya sistem rasmi diwujudkan:

  • Aplikasi Kepedulian Nasional (AKN): Mendaftar individu berisiko seperti ibu tunggal, warga emas bersendirian, penjaga dipenjara.
  • Butang Laporan Jiran: Membolehkan jiran lapor aktiviti kediaman yang luar biasa senyap (tanpa mendedahkan identiti).
  • Integrasi Komuniti: Disambungkan dengan JMB, Rukun Tetangga, masjid dan NGO setempat untuk respon cepat.
  • Pelekat risiko sosial (opt-in): Untuk memudahkan pemantauan tanpa mengaibkan.

Peranan Kita Semua

  1. Ambil berat jika jiran menghilang beberapa hari.
  2. Jangan takut bertanya khabar — ia mungkin menyelamatkan nyawa.
  3. Laporkan kes sunyi kepada JKM, masjid, atau pihak berkuasa tempatan.
  4. Tekankan pentingnya sokongan emosi selepas kehilangan pasangan atau perceraian.

Peduli bukan gangguan. Peduli itu penyelamat.

Seruan Tindakan

Kisah ini bukan sekadar catatan duka. Ia adalah seruan kebangkitan untuk mewujudkan **Sistem Kepedulian Kebangsaan** dan **Aplikasi Pemantauan Komuniti**. Jangan biarkan satu lagi mayat reput ditemui dalam sunyi.

Satu ketukan pintu, satu mesej WhatsApp, atau satu aplikasi — boleh menyelamatkan nyawa.

“Peduli itu bukan pilihan. Ia tanggungjawab sosial.”
