Ketegasan dalam pelaksanaan disiplin pelajar kini semakin longgar. Pelajar bermasalah terus diberi ruang bersekolah, walaupun telah beberapa kali terlibat dalam kes kekasaran atau perlanggaran disiplin.

Hal ini membuka peluang kepada budaya samseng untuk berkembang, termasuk pengaruh geng atau ‘group’ kongsi gelap sekolah yang menjadikan junior sebagai mangsa buli fizikal dan mental.
MARA Tunjuk Contoh Tegas
Pihak MARA pernah mengambil tindakan tegas apabila isu buli tercetus di beberapa sekolah MRSM – termasuk menyingkirkan pelajar yang terlibat secara langsung.

Pendekatan tegas ini wajar dicontohi oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) bagi mengembalikan ketertiban dalam institusi sekolah arus perdana.
Syor: Keluarkan Pelajar Pembuli Dari Sekolah
Pelajar yang terlibat dalam kes buli tegar atau berulang patut dikeluarkan dari sekolah tersebut dan ditempatkan di institusi pemulihan khas. Ini akan menghantar mesej jelas bahawa sistem pendidikan tidak akan bertolak ansur terhadap elemen samseng dan kekerasan.

Disiplin bukan sekadar rotan, tetapi juga perlindungan terhadap pelajar lain daripada trauma dan bahaya fizikal.
Penutup: Perlu Tindakan Kolektif
Ibu bapa, guru, pihak berkuasa dan pembuat dasar harus bersama-sama menghentikan budaya buli dan kongsi gelap di sekolah. Setiap sekolah mesti bertindak segera jika mengenalpasti budaya geng atau kumpulan pengaruh negatif dalam kalangan pelajar.

Jangan tunggu sehingga nyawa diragut lagi sebelum bertindak.
