Kes dibicarakan di Mahkamah Majistret Kota Bharu pada 20 Julai 2025 di hadapan Majistret Wan Mohd Izzat Wan Abdullah.

Ketiga-tiga tertuduh mengaku bersalah atas pertuduhan memiliki gambar dan video lucah dalam telefon bimbit masing-masing semasa serbuan di rumah Jalan Kemumin.

Mereka didakwa di bawah Seksyen 292 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara sehingga 3 tahun, denda, atau kedua-duanya. Sekiranya gagal membayar denda, mereka akan dipenjara 6 bulan.

📅 Kes Rujukan Terkini

Pada 18 Jun 2025, polis menyerbu sebuah banglo di Jalan Kemumin, Kampung Pulau Belacan, Panchor Kelantan. Seramai hampir 100 lelaki dipercayai menghadiri perhimpunan tertutup disyaki pesta gay.

Tiga lelaki termasuk dua penuntut IPT ditangkap dan didenda oleh Mahkamah Majistret selepas mengaku memiliki gambar serta video lucah sesama lelaki. Polis turut merampas ratusan kondom dan ubat HIV.

📌 1. Perbuatan Songsang Kaum Nabi Luth Sedang Berulang

“Dan (Kami juga telah mengutus) Luth (kepada kaumnya). (Ingatlah) ketika dia berkata kepada mereka: ‘Mengapa kamu melakukan perbuatan fahisyah (keji), yang belum pernah dilakukan oleh seorang pun dari umat sebelum kamu?’” — Surah Al-A’raf: 80

  • Liwat (seks lelaki dengan lelaki) adalah perbuatan keji yang disebut dalam al-Quran.
  • Kaum Nabi Luth menjadikan liwat sebagai norma sosial sehingga dimusnahkan oleh Allah.
  • Kes pesta lucah sesama lelaki menandakan ulangan sejarah itu sedang berlaku dalam bentuk moden.

Gejala homoseksual bukan sekadar isu peribadi, tetapi ancaman ummah. Jika tidak dicegah, kemurkaan Allah akan menimpa — sebagaimana yang telah berlaku kepada kaum Nabi Luth.
