🚨 Anggota Polis Maut Dirempuh Kumpulan Pecah Rumah Rentas Negeri

Seorang anggota polis, Mohd Hafizul dari Terengganu, maut dirempuh kenderaan Lexus ketika cuba menggagalkan cubaan curi peti besi di sebuah rumah di Kedah.

  • Kejadian: Lima anggota JSJ tiba di lokasi, suspek sedang beraksi, salah seorang melanggar mangsa hingga meninggal di tempat kejadian.
  • Tangkapan: 1 suspek ditahan di lokasi, 3 lagi diberkas sejam kemudian di Jitra selepas mencuri sebuah kenderaan awam.
  • Profil Suspek: Berusia 24–26 tahun, rekod jenayah lampau antara 2 hingga 77 kes, kumpulan pecah rumah rentas negeri.
  • Rampasan: Dua kenderaan digunakan suspek ditemui semula.
  • Siasatan: Kes di bawah Seksyen 302 (bunuh) & Seksyen 457 (pecah rumah) Kanun Keseksaan.

đź’ˇ Ulasan & Cadangan

Rekod jenayah sehingga 77 kes tetapi masih bebas bergerak menunjukkan kelemahan dalam sistem pemantauan penjenayah berulang.

Cadangan langkah kawalan:

  1. Pemasangan tag pengesan GPS untuk penjenayah berisiko tinggi selepas dibebaskan.
  2. Penguatkuasaan pemantauan berterusan oleh pasukan khas.
  3. Pindaan undang-undang untuk tahanan pencegahan terhadap penjenayah berulang.
  4. Kerjasama rentas negeri bagi perkongsian maklumat suspek aktif.

🌍 Negara yang Sudah Guna Sistem Tag GPS

  • Amerika Syarikat: Digunakan untuk penjenayah bersyarat, kes keganasan rumah tangga, jenayah seksual. Data lokasi dihantar segera kepada pihak berkuasa.
  • United Kingdom: GPS tagging sejak 2019 untuk pesalah berisiko tinggi, data dihantar setiap beberapa minit.
  • Singapura: Electronic tagging untuk pesalah bersyarat & pesalah muda, dengan zon larangan (geofencing).
  • Australia: Dipasang untuk pesalah seksual & penjenayah berulang dengan undang-undang khas.
  • Korea Selatan: GPS ankle bracelet untuk pesalah seksual walaupun selepas tamat hukuman.

  • Pantau pergerakan 24 jam.
  • Jejak rantaian pergerakan jika jenayah berlaku.
  • Menyukarkan penjenayah berulang bergerak tanpa dikesan.
  • Kos lebih rendah berbanding penjara jangka panjang.

🇲🇾 Cadangan Pelaksanaan di Malaysia

Malaysia boleh meniru model UK & Korea Selatan untuk memantau penjenayah berulang. Cadangan:

  • Pemasangan GPS tag untuk penjenayah yang mempunyai rekod kes berulang dan berisiko tinggi.
  • Penguatkuasaan melalui undang-undang khas dengan hukuman berat jika tag dirosakkan.
  • Integrasi data lokasi dengan sistem rondaan polis untuk tindakan pantas.
