  1. Penyalahgunaan subsidi RON95 oleh pihak tidak layak.
  2. Penebusan barangan bantuan SARA atau MyKasih oleh pihak lain.
  3. Risiko jenayah identiti atau urusan perbankan dipalsukan.

Saranan Kepada Kerajaan

Untuk memastikan subsidi sampai kepada yang benar-benar layak dan mengurangkan penyalahgunaan, beberapa langkah berikut dicadangkan:

  • Penyelarasan & pemutakhiran pangkalan data MyKad — setiap laporan kehilangan mesti dikemaskini serta-merta supaya kad lama disekat daripada sistem subsidi.
  • Ciri keselamatan tambahan — pertimbangkan PIN ringkas atau pengesahan biometrik (cap jari/face ID) di terminal pengesahan di stesen minyak dan kedai runcit yang membekalkan bantuan.
  • Integrasi rentas agensi — JPN, polis, sistem bantuan (MyKasih, SARA) dan stesen minyak perlu pautkan status kad secara masa-nyata.

Tindakan Untuk Rakyat

  1. Periksa kondisi cip MyKad sekarang — cuba imbas jika boleh.
  2. Jika hilang, lapor segera ke balai polis dan buat tuntutan gantian di JPN.
  3. Hubungi penyedia bantuan (contoh: MyKasih/SARA) untuk kemaskini kad baharu supaya rekod bantuan dikaitkan semula.
  4. Simpan bukti laporan polis dan resit penggantian kad untuk rujukan masa depan.

Penutup

MyKad kini lebih dari sekadar pengenalan — ia medium untuk terima subsidi dan bantuan. Rakyat perlu bertanggungjawab menyemak & melaporkan masalah kad, sementara kerajaan mesti memperkukuh mekanisma teknikal untuk menghalang penyalahgunaan.
